Strictly no parties or events are permitted, and smoking inside the villa is prohibited. The property is ideal for families, groups of friends, couples’ getaways, or executive stays. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM, with a late check-out option at R1000 per hour plus a cleaning fee, subject to availability. The property is for the sole use of domestic stays and not for any commercial business operation. Please return all keys and remotes in good condition upon check-out; replacement of lost keys will be charged at R1000 per set plus reprogramming fees. Any evidence of smoking inside will incur a fee of R3000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
Where a damage deposit is payable, paid, or required, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days after check-out, subject to a routine property inspection. Should any damages, losses, or missing items be identified, quotations or replacement pricing will first be obtained to ensure that guests are fairly charged for repairs or replacements. The remaining balance of the deposit, if applicable, will then be refunded once this assessment is complete.
