House Rules & Property Information
1. No Smoking & Indoor Safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Any evidence of indoor smoking will incur a R3,000 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and deep furniture cleaning.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).
2. Noise & Conduct
Respect the peace and privacy of other residents.
No loud music, parties, or gatherings are permitted.
Guests must follow all complex and body corporate rules throughout their stay.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out: Subject to availability; charged R1,000 per hour plus an additional cleaning fee.
4. Parking & Access Control
Vehicle license discs and driver’s licenses will be checked upon entry.
Only vehicles with valid license discs are permitted.
Each unit has designated parking bays—parking in another resident’s bay will incur a R500 fine.
Visitor parking is subject to availability and security approval.
5. Use of Property & Keys
The apartment is for residential use only; commercial or business activities are not permitted.
Return all access cards and keys in good condition upon check-out.
Replacement fee for lost or damaged keys/cards: R1,000 per set.
Deposit Refund
If a deposit was paid, it will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to the property being returned in good condition.
