A private terrace with a view out to sea is the heart of this two-bedroom penthouse in Camps Bay. The open-plan living area opens straight onto it, so breakfasts, long lunches and sunsets all happen outside, and guests single out the terrace and its view in their reviews. For evenings in, there is a braai (barbecue).
The penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has air conditioning, glimpses of the sea and its own en-suite bathroom, and there is a second bathroom.
Inside there is air conditioning, a smart TV and fibre Wi-Fi, with an inverter for backup power during outages. The kitchen has cooking basics for simple meals in.
Check-in is self-service and our team is on call off-site 24 hours a day. Parking is in the building’s driveway rather than a locked garage, and private security patrols the area. The penthouse is reached by two flights of stairs, and the unit below is let separately.
Camps Bay’s white-sand beach faces the Twelve Apostles, with a tidal pool and about thirty restaurants and sundowner bars along Victoria Road, all a short drive from the penthouse. When the summer wind gets up, Clifton’s beaches, also a short drive, are usually the calmer choice.
The building has security cameras on its exterior and in the shared corridors outside the penthouse. There are no cameras inside the penthouse.
