Guests often say this one-bedroom looks exactly like its photos. The other thing they mention is the roof: a shared pool and braai (barbecue) deck with views over Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.
The flat is compact and well planned for two. The bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a rain shower. The lounge has a smart TV for your own streaming log-ins, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack for longer trips. A private balcony gives you fresh air without leaving the apartment.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and water are waiting on arrival, and beach essentials are provided for coast days. On longer bookings a mid-stay clean can be arranged; ask us about timing and cost before you book.
The building has 24-hour reception and security, lifts and a secure basement where your parking bay is. On arrival you sign in at reception with the ID of the guest who booked.
The Cape Quarter’s restaurants and shops are about 4 minutes away on foot. Greenmarket Square and the CTICC are roughly 11 minutes’ walk, and the V&A Waterfront about 20, so a city break from here needs very little driving.
