Guests have exclusive use to the entire property and private nature reserve area, except for the staff quarters. The onsite staff also have a separate door, not attached to the main house, so as not to interrupt guests unnecessarily. They will then exit using the main driveway gate.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. R1000 per hour + cleaning fee for late check-out, subject to availability.
The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return all keys and remotes in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of R1000 per set of keys plus Reprogramming fees.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of R3000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning
Guests are required to obey house rules, The alarm system has to be used in the evening.
There are stairs in the property, so please ensure that all guests are comfortable with this.
Mr Justin is the main caretaker of the property and he stays onsite in the staff quarters.
If we have guests who feel uncomfortable with having a man service the villa due to personal or religious reasons, then please let us know and we will ensure that alternate arrangements are made for the duration of your stay.
The property is located next to a nature reserve.
There is backup power for the house, but we do ask guests to please use electricity sparingly during power outages.
